A clear look at the volume, the audience, the format, and the value across our Webcasts, Leadership Exchange gatherings, and achieveCPR Live events. Every figure below comes from our own recent registration and engagement data.
Community-rooted. Built for what's next.Experience and continue-with-partner figures are pooled from recent 2026 Leadership Exchange and achieveCPR post-event surveys. Community reach reflects the current qualified Community Footprint.
A thought-leadership session delivered to the full community, with every registrant becoming a named, warm follow-up audience for the partner.
Across our five most recent 2026 webcasts, sessions drew 223 to 474 registrants each, with 88 to 152 joining live. Live show rates ran 36% to 55%, consistently above the roughly 35% B2B webinar benchmark. Just as important, the registrants who do not attend live become a warm on-demand audience for the recording and follow-up nurture, so a single webcast typically builds a named list of a few hundred qualified leaders.
On the June 10 session, 72% of live attendees stayed 45 minutes or more of an 88-minute runtime, a signal of depth, not just clicks.
Webcast rooms skew senior and HR-core. Across recent sessions, roughly 38% to 54% of live attendees held Director-level titles or above, and 54% to 59% sat in HR, People, or Culture functions. These are buyer and influencer rooms, not general-business crowds. C-suite presence is consistent: the June 10 session alone had 25 C-suite leaders and the May 14 session had 12.
Named organizations in recent rooms include Microsoft, Google, Mayo Clinic, Target, Lockheed Martin, Merck, GE HealthCare, Boeing, Disney, Philips, Mars, Deloitte, and Chick-fil-A, spanning technology, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, higher education, government, and CPG. That range gives a partner broad sales coverage from a single event.
We build every session to lead with thought leadership, never a demo. Achieve acts as the credibility buffer so the partner's brand shows up as the enabler of a valuable conversation, not as a pitch. Our standard process:
Invitation-only, in-person rooms of senior people leaders, offered in two formats: the Intimate Gathering (a private regional dinner) and the Larger Workshop (a half-day session).
These rooms over-index on seniority far beyond a typical webinar. Across our recent 2026 gatherings in LA, Boston, Austin, and Chicago, roughly 57% of attendees held Director-level titles or above, with a steady presence of CHROs, CPOs, and VPs of People. Because seats are curated by invitation and matched to the partner's ideal buyer profile, the quality of the room is controlled, not left to chance.
| Recent gathering | Format | In the room | Director+ |
|---|---|---|---|
| Los Angeles | Intimate dinner | 28 | 54% |
| Boston | Intimate dinner | 20 | 65% |
| Austin | Intimate dinner | 30 | 63% |
| Chicago | Half-day workshop | 29 | 48% |
Company size in these rooms spans SMB through enterprise. Because invitations are matched to the partner's target profile, the size mix is tuned to each partner's goals rather than fixed.
Both formats are fully turnkey. Achieve acts as an extension of your sales and marketing team, and you show up as the convener of a valuable evening or session, not as a booth.
A private regional or virtual gathering of roughly 30 senior people leaders. About 3 hours, dinner and reception, facilitated peer conversation. List price $15,000.
The scaled version: roughly 50 attendees, about 4.5 hours, lunch or reception, presentation plus facilitated conversation. List price $30,000.
Light. This is one of the biggest advantages of the format. Achieve carries the curation, invitations, facilitation, logistics, and follow-up. From the partner, we simply need:
The workshop involves slightly more content because it includes a short presentation block, but Achieve still builds and facilitates it with you. Neither format asks the partner to produce or run the event.
The Intimate Gathering is built for roughly 30 senior leaders, which is what keeps it feeling intimate and high-trust. Our recent dinners landed right in that range, from 20 to 30 in the room. The Larger Workshop scales to roughly 50 attendees in a half-day, presentation-plus-conversation format.
In-person events in US cities where partners align their thought leadership to one of the three achieveCPR pillars: Culture, Performance, Retention. 2026 dates: Atlanta June 5, Chicago August 28, San Francisco November 6.
Each achieveCPR city draws roughly 50 to 55 registrations and around 40 senior leaders in the room. Atlanta on June 5 registered 54 and seated 41 attendees. Chicago on August 28 is already at 49 registrations and building. As a live, multi-partner format aligned to a single CPR theme, it delivers concentrated, high-quality access rather than sheer headcount.
achieveCPR rooms are senior and buyer-dense. In the current Chicago registrations, roughly 61% are Director level or above, including 12 C-suite and 7 VP-level leaders. Atlanta drew a strong Director-and-above contingent alongside senior managers and specialists. Company size spans SMB through enterprise, with a healthy enterprise and mid-market core.
Chicago figures reflect the current registration list and will continue to shift as registration builds toward the August 28 date.
